The new TF150 and TF180 anti-vibration mounts from AMC MECANOCAUCHO® are designed for mobile applications with loads ranging from 1700 kg to 4000 kg per mount, dependent on the model and mount hardness. Their design allows for very similar tensile and compressive stiffness values, this feature is particularly useful in applications where vibrations and transient forces originate from multiple directions, requiring consistent stiffness in all of them. The metal components are robust, this type of mount can also be supplied with a washer that acts as a fail-safe device to withstand extreme tensile forces.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
AMC MECANOCAUCHO® TF150 and TF180 anti-vibration mounts have a double-bonded design, making them suitable for handling high dynamic forces. The rubber design of these anti-vibration mounts allows for progressive stiffness in case of overload, limiting the movement of the suspended element. Symmetrical stiffness is achieved using two vertically opposed components, one supporting the load and the other absorbing rebound forces.

APPLICATIONS
These anti-vibration mounts are ideal for applications involving high dynamic loads where motion control is necessary, such as cabins in all types of mobile vehicles. They provide optimal stability while effectively attenuating shocks and vibrations.
